Who Are You?

Continuing on from our investigation into typography, specifically fonts, readability and legibility, we started to look at how changing the size of the font affects how we read a sentence. We printed out, cut up and rearranged the sentence ‘Who are you?’ creating differently pronounceable sentences from the same words. Due to the nature of the task, the greatest effect and change in the sentence is seen when it is read aloud. The bolder and bigger words, people would say louder and with more force, where as the smaller and more subtle words were said gently and softer, making for some interesting sentences.
